Dexus Industria REIT completes Brisbane Technology Park divestment

Dexus Industria REIT (DXI) announced on 6 November 2025 that it has completed the divestment of all Brisbane Technology Park properties in Eight Mile Plains, Queensland. This follows previous announcements to the Australian Securities Exchange on 6 August 2025 and 1 September 2025, with the company confirming the settlement of the final two assets.

Dexus Industria REIT is an Australian real estate investment trust focused on industrial warehouses. As of 30 June 2025, its investment property portfolio was valued at A$1.5 billion, with a target gearing range of 30–40%. The REIT is managed by Dexus, a leading Australasian real asset group.
