Aneka Tambang schedules EGM for December 15, outlines participation details

PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM) will hold its 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, December 15, 2025, in South Jakarta. The announcement follows Financial Services Authority Regulations regarding general meetings for public companies and the implementation of electronic general meetings.

The official meeting invitation will be announced on Friday, November 21, 2025, via the websites of Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI), Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the company. Shareholders eligible to attend and vote must be registered in the company's register of shareholders or a KSEI securities sub-account by the closing of trading on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Shareholders representing at least 1/20 of total voting shares can propose agenda items, with submissions due by Friday, November 14, 2025.

The meeting will be conducted both physically and electronically through KSEI's eASY.KSEI system. Shareholders wishing to participate electronically or appoint proxies must utilize the eASY.KSEI facility. The electronic proxy (e-Proxy) service will be available from the meeting invitation date until Friday, December 12, 2025, one business day prior to the meeting.
