Worley reduces issued capital through share buy-back

Worley Limited (ASX:WOR) has ceased 2,997,342 ordinary fully paid securities as a result of an on-market buy-back. The cessation date for these securities was October 30, 2025, with the announcement made on November 3, 2025. This action is part of the company's current on-market buy-back program, with the cancellations occurring on various dates between October 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025.
