Spheria Asset Management boosts stake in Healius to 9.92%

Spheria Asset Management Pty Ltd has become a more prominent substantial holder in Healius Limited, increasing its voting power from 8.70% to 9.92% as of October 30, 2025. This change translates to a present holding of 72,019,056 ordinary fully paid shares, up from 63,193,725 shares previously.

The increase resulted from multiple on-market transactions between August 25 and October 30, 2025. Key acquisitions included 2,200,000 shares for $1,838,823.34 on August 25, 2025; 5,000,000 shares for $4,685,285.02 on August 26, 2025; and 1,822,710 shares for $1,512,706.80 on October 30, 2025. There was also a sale of 197,379 shares for -$184,143.35 on August 28, 2025.

In other company news, Healius Limited director Paul Anderson increased his indirect interest in the company by acquiring 57,471 ordinary shares at $0.887 per share on October 31, 2025. These shares were acquired by the Tuis Farm Family Trust, making his total indirect holding 57,471 ordinary shares, in addition to his direct holding of 381,349 performance rights and 37,837 ordinary shares.
