Perpetual exits as substantial holder in Reliance Worldwide Corporation

Perpetual Limited and its related bodies corporate, including Perpetual Investment Management Limited, Perpetual Trustee Company Limited, Pendal Group Limited, Pendal Institutional Limited, and Pendal Fund Services Limited, ceased to be a substantial holder in Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited (RWC) on October 30, 2025. The previous notice to RWC was given on October 28, 2025.

The divestment involved multiple "Sale" transactions on October 30, 2025, primarily through HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited and JPMorgan Nominees Australia Limited. Perpetual Investment Management Limited executed sales totaling approximately AUD 23.6 million in consideration. The largest individual sale involved 3,535,099 ordinary securities for a consideration of AUD 14,953,468.77 through JPMorgan Nominees Australia Limited. Other significant sales included 744,004 ordinary securities for AUD 3,147,136.92 and 378,676 ordinary securities for AUD 1,601,799.48 through HSBC Custody Nominees.

The total number of ordinary securities affected by the cessation was substantial, reflecting Perpetual's complete exit as a major shareholder. These transactions collectively resulted in Perpetual's voting power in Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited falling below the substantial holder threshold.
