Kogan.com adjusts employee incentives with new performance rights

Kogan.com Ltd has issued 252,486 new performance rights on November 3, 2025, under its existing employee incentive scheme. These unquoted securities are not intended to be quoted on ASX and will rank equally with existing performance rights from their issue date. The issuance falls under Listing Rule 7.2 exception 13, eliminating the need for security holder approval.

Concurrently, the company reported the cessation of 634 performance rights on the same date. This cessation occurred because the conditional rights to securities were not met or became incapable of being satisfied, with no consideration paid by the entity for their lapse.

Following these adjustments, Kogan.com’s total unquoted performance rights now stand at 2,410,065. The company’s total quoted securities, comprising ordinary fully paid shares, remain at 99,622,163. The changes reflect Kogan.com's ongoing management of its equity incentive program for employees.
