Droneshield sees 150,000 options lapse due to unmet conditions

Droneshield Limited (ASX:DRO) today reported the cessation of 150,000 unquoted options (ASX:DROAH) effective November 3, 2025. These options, part of the company's Incentive Option Plan, lapsed because their vesting conditions were not met or became incapable of being satisfied. The cessation was triggered by the termination of employment for the relevant employee(s) to whom the options were issued, with no consideration paid by the entity for this cessation.

Following this change, the total number of unquoted options expiring various dates at various prices (ASX:DROAH) now stands at 56,043,361. The company's quoted ordinary fully paid shares (ASX:DRO) remain unchanged at 874,718,854.

This adjustment reflects an administrative update to Droneshield's capital structure as it continues its operations.
