Director Karl Morris boosts stake in Brisbane Broncos

Brisbane Broncos Limited director Karl Douglas Morris, through Luisthan Pty Ltd (Morris S/F A/C), acquired an additional 6,439 ordinary shares in the company. These shares were purchased in two separate transactions: 5,220 shares at A$1.205 and 1,219 shares also at A$1.205, for a total consideration of A$7,759.00. The transactions occurred on October 30, 2025, and October 31, 2025.

Prior to these acquisitions, Morris held 131,461 ordinary shares. Following these purchases, his indirect holding now totals 137,900 ordinary shares. This increase was detailed in the Appendix 3Y Change of Director's Interest Notice dated October 31, 2025.
