Beacon Minerals boosts quoted securities following option conversion

Beacon Minerals Limited has applied for the quotation of 109,195 new ordinary fully paid securities following the exercise of options. The options, under the code BCNOD, were exercised on November 3, 2025, with an issue price of AUD 1.20 per security. These new shares will rank equally with existing issued securities from their issue date.

The conversion stems from options that expired on November 5, 2029. While 109,195 options were converted, the company stated that this does not represent all outstanding options of that type. The conversion will result in an increase in the total number of ordinary fully paid securities on issue.

Following this quotation, the total number of quoted ordinary fully paid shares for Beacon Minerals Limited will be 105,852,720. The number of outstanding BCNOD options will be reduced to 13,151,265.
