Aurumin schedules second court hearing for Brightstar acquisition

Aurumin Limited has scheduled a Second Court Hearing for 4:00 PM (AWST) on November 19, 2025, at the Supreme Court of Western Australia. This hearing will address Aurumin's application for approval of a Share Scheme and an Option Scheme related to Brightstar Resources Limited’s proposed acquisition of 100% of Aurumin's issued share capital.

The schemes, detailed in an explanatory statement released to the ASX on October 9, 2025, follow a shareholder meeting held on November 14, 2025. Shareholders of Aurumin voted on the Share Scheme at 2:00 PM (AWST), with optionholders considering the Option Scheme at 2:30 PM (AWST) or after the conclusion of the Share Scheme Meeting on the same day.

Parties wishing to oppose the application must file a notice of appearance and affidavit with the Supreme Court of Western Australia and serve them on Aurumin at least one day prior to the hearing.
