Viva Energy directors increase their shareholdings

Arnoud De Meyer, a director at Viva Energy Group Limited, increased his direct interest in the company by acquiring 11,000 ordinary shares on October 30, 2025, through an on-market trade valued at $19,525. Following this transaction, De Meyer now holds a total of 196,943 ordinary shares, up from 185,943.

Similarly, Sarah Ryan, another director, also increased her stake in the company. On October 31, 2025, Ryan acquired 10,000 ordinary shares via an on-market acquisition, bringing her total holdings to 129,667 ordinary shares, up from 119,667. This acquisition, valued at $18,150, was made through Avoch Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for Cedar Creek Investment Trust, a discretionary trust of which Ryan is a potential beneficiary.

Both transactions were conducted during an open trading period, and no prior written clearance was required.
