SRG Global completes TAMS acquisition, issues new shares

SRG Global Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of Total AMS Pty Ltd (TAMS), issuing 13,948,705 new fully paid ordinary shares to TAMS vendors. This transaction follows an earlier announcement made by SRG Global on 14 October 2025.

The consideration shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. SRG Global confirmed compliance with Chapter 2M and sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act, stating no "excluded information" as defined by sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) needed to be disclosed in this notice.
