MFF Capital Investments to issue 3.3m new shares

MFF Capital Investments Limited (MFF) has applied for the quotation of 3,316,456 new ordinary fully paid securities, which are expected to be issued on October 31, 2025. These additional securities are being issued under a dividend or distribution plan, with the company confirming they will rank equally in all respects with existing issued securities from their issue date.
