HMC Capital options to expire in November 2025

HMC Capital Limited (ASX: HMC) has confirmed the upcoming expiry of its listed options (ASX: HMCO) on November 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM (AEDT). The options, which are exercisable at AUD$7.00 per option, will cease official quotation on the ASX at the close of trading on November 25, 2025, four business days before the expiry. Holders have three courses of action: allow the options to expire, sell them before the cessation of quotation, or exercise them by completing the Notice of Exercise of Options and submitting payment of AUD$7.00 per option.

Holders who choose not to exercise or sell their options will see their right to subscribe for fully paid ordinary shares at AUD$7.00 per share lapse after the expiry date. As of October 30, 2025, the last trading day prior to the notice, the market price of HMC ordinary shares on the ASX was AUD$3.21.

Over the three months preceding this announcement, HMC shares saw a highest market sale price of AUD$4.02 on August 25, 2025, and a lowest market sale price of AUD$3.04 on October 10, 2025.
