Vita Life Sciences updates on ongoing share buy-back

Vita Life Sciences Limited has notified the market of an update to its ongoing on-market buy-back. The company bought back 16,378 securities on October 30, 2025, bringing the total number of securities bought back to 416,311 before that day's activity. The total consideration paid for the securities on October 30, 2025, was AUD 39,698.36.

The highest price paid on the previous day was AUD 2.40, while the lowest price paid was AUD 2.37. The highest price allowed to be paid by the entity on the previous day under listing rule 7.33 was AUD 2.5046. The buy-back program, which commenced on May 22, 2025, is scheduled to conclude on May 21, 2026.
