Polymetals Resources suspended after serious safety incident at mine

Polymetals Resources Ltd has requested an immediate suspension from quotation on the ASX, effective October 30, 2025. The suspension is pending an announcement regarding a serious safety incident at its Endeavor Mine Site. The company plans to provide an update on the incident and its potential consequences.

The suspension is expected to remain in effect until the earlier of two events: the company's announcement being lodged with and accepted by the ASX, or the commencement of trading on Friday, October 31, 2025. Polymetals Resources states it is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended, nor is it aware of other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.

The request for voluntary suspension was authorised by the board of Polymetals Resources Limited. This measure is in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, and Polymetals Resources has provided the necessary information to the ASX.
