Echoiq issues new options, sees operational gains, ends quarter with $15,904 cash

Echoiq Limited has announced a proposed issue of 6,000,000 unquoted options as consideration for consultation services. These new options include 4,000,000 options expiring 28-OCT-2028 with an exercise price of AUD 0.21, and 2,000,000 options expiring 31-OCT-2028 with an exercise price of AUD 0.20. This issue will utilise the entity's 15% placement capacity and is scheduled for 31/10/2025.

Concurrently, Echoiq notified the cessation of 2,000,000 unquoted options expiring 20-DEC-2027 with an exercise price of $0.35, due to expiry without exercise or conversion on 28/10/2025. Following these changes, the company’s issued capital will comprise 649,787,710 ordinary fully paid shares and adjusted unquoted securities.

The company's quarterly report for 30 September 2025 highlighted key operational milestones, including the commencement of a clinical validation study for EchoSolv HF with the Mayo Clinic Platform and a 153% rise in US echocardiogram processing. Cash and cash equivalents at the end of the quarter were $A15,904, with net cash used in operating activities of $(A2,514) for the quarter.
