Australian Retirement Trust reduces stake in Insignia Financial

Australian Retirement Trust Pty Ltd, on behalf of the Australian Retirement Trust, has disclosed a notable reduction in its substantial holding in Insignia Financial Ltd. The change, effective October 28, 2025, saw its voting power decrease from 11.443% to 10.162%. This represents a reduction of 8,592,774 fully paid ordinary shares.

The trust's total votes in Insignia Financial Ltd now stand at 68,156,029, down from 76,748,803 votes previously. The bulk of the changes involved sales of shares throughout July, August, September, and October 2025.

Significant sales on October 27, 2025, included AUD3,779,029.57 and AUD1,257,766.38, affecting 841,206 and 279,313 securities respectively. Further large sales occurred on October 28, 2025, totalling AUD9,069,034.19 (2,013,654 securities) and AUD1,555,889.20 (345,219 securities). The trust remains the holder of relevant interests, with HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Ltd as the registered holder of the securities.
