Spheria Emerging Companies updates NTA backing after dividend

Spheria Emerging Companies Limited (ASX: SEC) announced an estimated pre-tax Net Tangible Asset (NTA) backing of $2.685 per share as of October 28, 2025. This figure is provided after accounting for a dividend of 3.8 cents per share, which is payable on November 14, 2025. The ex-date for this dividend was October 24, 2025.

The company emphasized that this NTA figure is unaudited and approximate.
