Mayfield Group directors adjust holdings as Ellerston Capital takes substantial stake

Mayfield Group Holdings Limited has disclosed changes in director interests for Lindsay Phillips and Alan Steele. Concurrently, Alan Steele, through Amteal Pty Limited, disposed of 487,275 ordinary shares on October 27, 2025, for $856,660.64. Steele's indirect interest after this change is 10,000,000 shares. Both transactions were reported as on-market sales.

Adding to the disclosures, Ellerston Capital Limited has become a substantial holder in Mayfield Group Holdings Limited, acquiring a 7.15% voting power with 6,812,939 securities as of October 29, 2025. The acquisitions, primarily buys, occurred between August 28, 2025, and October 27, 2025, with total consideration amounting to $6,976,038.61 for 4,500,000 securities.
