Lindian Resources issues new shares after option conversions

Lindian Resources Limited (ASX:LIN) has issued 1,195,798 fully paid ordinary shares on October 28, 2025. This follows the conversion of options exercisable at A$0.30.

These new shares will be quoted under the ASX security code LIN and rank equally with existing shares from their issue date. The total number of quoted ordinary fully paid shares for Lindian Resources Limited now stands at 1,642,055,915.

The options converted were LINAV: OPTION EXPIRING 09-DEC-2025 EX A$0.30. This issue was made without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act, with the company confirming compliance with Chapters 2M, 674, and 674A of the Act.

In addition to the newly quoted securities, Lindian Resources Limited also reported unquoted securities including LINAW: OPTION EXPIRING 03-APR-2026 EX A$0.35 (17,307,690 options), LINAT: PERFORMANCE RIGHTS (18,800,000 rights), and LINAV: OPTION EXPIRING 09-DEC-2025 EX A$0.30 (29,399,466 options).
