Perpetual increases stake in Omni Bridgeway to 13.657%

Perpetual Limited and its related bodies corporate have changed their substantial holding in Omni Bridgeway Limited. As of October 23, 2025, Perpetual’s voting power in Omni Bridgeway has increased to 13.657%, up from 12.596% previously reported on September 3, 2024. The total number of votes controlled by Perpetual has risen from 35,595,186 to 39,391,787 ordinary shares.

The change in holdings involved multiple transactions, predominantly purchases by Perpetual Investment Management Limited (PIML) through various custodians including Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd, HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited, National Nominees Pty Ltd, and UBS Nominees Pty Ltd. While there were numerous purchase transactions throughout late 2024 and 2025, some sale transactions also occurred, particularly by HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited, National Nominees Pty Ltd, and Thomson Siegel & Walmsley LLC (TSW).

The largest individual purchase transaction saw PIML acquire 375,000 ordinary shares for AUD 387,187.50 on December 11, 2024, through Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd. Conversely, a significant sale involved PIML divesting 1,216,130 ordinary shares for AUD -2,116,066.20 on May 8, 2025, through UBS Nominees Pty Ltd.
