Aussie Broadband director Graeme Barclay acquires new NED rights

Aussie Broadband Limited (ASX:ABB) has disclosed an update to director Graeme Barclay's security holdings, effective October 27, 2025. This change involves the issue of 15,758 FY26 NED rights, increasing his total NED rights from 35,302 to 51,060.

The new rights were issued as non-cash consideration at AUD 3.966 per right under the Non-Executive Director Fee Sacrifice Plan Rules, which shareholders approved on October 25, 2024. These rights are convertible into ordinary shares at pre-determined times.

The 15,758 NED rights were issued into a nominee holder (trust) due to KYC requirements, differing from a direct holding. Following this transaction, Mr. Barclay's total holdings include 15,000 ordinary shares and 51,060 NED rights. This issue was made under Listing Rule 7.2, exception 14, and therefore did not require additional security holder approval under Listing Rule 7.1.
