Spheria Emerging Companies reports estimated pre-tax NTA per share

Spheria Emerging Companies Limited announced an estimated pre-tax Net Tangible Asset (NTA) backing of $2.705 per share as of October 23, 2025. This figure is released ahead of a dividend payment of 3.8 cents per share, payable on November 14, 2025, with an ex-date of October 24, 2025.

The reported NTA value is unaudited and approximate, reflecting the company's investment portfolio and cash balances, adjusted for management and performance fees, as well as estimated movements in operating costs and income taxes since the last reporting period.

Pre-tax NTA calculations include tax on realised gains/losses and other earnings but exclude any provision for tax on unrealised gains/losses. Additionally, deferred tax assets related to capitalised issue costs and income tax losses are also excluded from the NTA calculations. The announcement was authorised by company secretary Terence Kwong.
