Reliance Worldwide adjusts capital, issues new shares, cancels performance rights

Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited (ASX:RWC) has reported a cessation of 1,963,569 performance rights (ASX:RWCAD) on October 21, 2025. These rights lapsed because the conditions for their vesting were not met or became incapable of being satisfied. Following this cessation, the total number of unquoted performance rights stands at 13,806,296, while 4,000,000 options (ASX:RWCAA) remain.

In a related development, the company issued 1,119,457 new ordinary fully paid shares (ASX:RWC) on October 17, 2025. These shares were issued due to the exercise and conversion of unquoted performance rights (ASX:RWCAD) between September 30, 2025, and October 13, 2025, granted under an employee incentive scheme to non-KMP personnel.

After these adjustments, Reliance Worldwide Corporation's issued capital now comprises 766,432,961 ordinary fully paid shares. The total unquoted performance rights are 14,650,408, with 4,000,000 options expiring June 30, 2031, at an exercise price of $2.32.
