Host-Plus becomes substantial holder in Betr Entertainment

Host-Plus Pty Limited has become a substantial holder in Betr Entertainment Limited (BBT) as of October 21, 2025. This change in ownership resulted from the relative effect of a selective buyback that led to the cancellation of 127,029,704 units on October 20, 2025. Host-Plus now holds a relevant interest in 55,193,197 ordinary shares, representing 5.30% of the company's voting power.

The relevant interest held by Host-Plus Pty Limited includes 55,179,285 ordinary shares under the Hostplus Pooled Superannuation Trust and 13,912 ordinary shares under the Hostplus Superannuation Fund.
