Bennelong funds management reduces Breville Group holding

Bennelong Funds Management Group Pty Ltd, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, has decreased its substantial holding in Breville Group Limited. The change occurred on 22 October 2025, with the previous notice given on 13 August 2025. This adjustment reduced Bennelong's total voting power in Breville Group from 8.3195% to 7.1797%.

The reduction involved the sale of 1,576,703 ordinary shares on the market. These transactions took place within a price range of A$27.90 to A$36.94 per share. As a result, Bennelong's total number of votes attached to ordinary shares now stands at 10,398,628, down from 11,975,331.

Post-change, Bennelong's relevant interests are primarily held through Citi (10,082,513 shares), BNP (164,794 shares), and Northern Trust (151,321 shares). jeff phillips, company secretary, signed the notice on 24 October 2025.
