Reece appoints Jacqueline Chow to board as independent director

Reece Limited has announced the appointment of Jacqueline Chow as an independent non-executive director to its board, effective November 1, 2025. Ms. Chow will also assume the role of chair of the remuneration committee and is slated for election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Ms. Chow brings over two decades of corporate leadership experience from various sectors including industrial, retail, telecommunications, and financial services, holding both executive and non-executive positions. Her current non-executive directorships include nib Holdings Limited, Charter Hall Group, and Coles Group. She also chairs the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce of New South Wales and Queensland.

Her previous senior executive roles include chief operating officer, global consumer and food service at Fonterra, where she managed a $6bn global P&L business and led a team of 11,000 employees. Reece chairman & CEO Peter Wilson highlighted Ms. Chow's extensive board experience and strategic focus on leveraging innovation and technology to drive customer growth as valuable additions to the Reece board.
