The company stated that these Appendices were not filed within the ASX's prescribed timeframe due to an administrative oversight. AMP has acknowledged this delay and indicated that it has implemented measures to strengthen internal controls to prevent similar administrative issues in the future.

Andrea Slattery's Appendix 3Z reveals a relevant interest in 203,975 ordinary shares held by Andpaul Super Pty Ltd as trustee for the Andpaul Super Fund A/C, where she has a beneficial interest. Linda Elkins' Appendix 3X, an initial director's interest notice, currently shows nil relevant interests in securities.
