WiseTech Global founder Richard White trims stake

Richard White, a substantial holder in WiseTech Global Limited, along with RealWise Holdings Pty Ltd, has reported a change in his relevant interest in the company. From September 12 to October 16, 2025, RealWise Holdings Pty Ltd engaged in on-market trades, leading to a decrease in their total voting power.

The previous notice on September 12, 2025, indicated a voting power of 35.59% (119,109,046 votes). Following these transactions, the present voting power stands at 34.55%, representing 116,112,966 votes. The difference of 2,996,080 ordinary shares was disposed of through these on-market trades, with an average price of A$84.10 per share for the period October 10-16, 2025.

Richard White, through RealWise Holdings Pty Ltd, a company he 100% owns, now indirectly holds 116,112,966 ordinary shares. This change was also reflected in a separate Appendix 3Y filing for Richard White, noting the disposal of 595,300 securities between October 10 and October 16, 2025, further detailing the reduction in his indirect holdings.
