RPMGlobal Holdings Limited (ASX: RUL) shareholders have approved all resolutions at the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 17, 2025. Key resolutions included the directors' remuneration report and the re-election of Mr. Ross Walker as a director, both carried with substantial majorities.

The directors' remuneration report saw 86.63% of votes cast for and 13.37% against on the poll. Mr. Ross Walker's re-election as a director passed with 92.19% of votes for and 7.81% against. These results confirm the shareholders' confidence in the company's current governance and compensation strategies.

Separately, First Sentier Group Limited clarified that a Form 603 filing made on October 16, 2025, concerning RPMGlobal Holdings Limited was incorrect. First Sentier Group Limited and its related entities did not hold a notifiable interest in RUL as of October 14, 2025.
