Brightstar Resources appoints KPMG as new auditor

Brightstar Resources Limited has advised of a change in its auditor from Pitcher Partners to KPMG, effective October 17, 2025. This change is made pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3. The Australian Securities & Investments Commission has provided consent for Pitcher Partners' resignation.

Shareholders will be asked to approve KPMG's appointment as the new auditor at the company's annual general meeting on Monday, November 24, 2025. This resolution is in accordance with section 327B(1)(b) of the Corporations Act, with the appointment taking effect from that date. The board of directors has extended its gratitude to Pitcher Partners and their audit team for their service to Brightstar over several years.
