Bennelong funds management reduces stake in ARB corporation

Bennelong Funds Management Group Pty Ltd, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, has reduced its substantial holding in ARB Corporation Limited. The change occurred on 15 October 2025, with the previous notice given on 24 October 2024. Bennelong's voting power in ARB Corporation Limited has decreased from 11.5150% to 9.1676%.

This reduction translates to a change in the number of votes held by Bennelong from 9,557,584 to 7,639,007 ordinary shares. The decrease in interest involved the purchase and sale of 1,918,577 securities on-market, with transaction prices ranging from $25.77 to $42.67.

Following the change, Bennelong's present relevant interests include 7,401,359 shares held by Citi, 123,688 shares held by BNP, and 113,960 shares held by Northern Trust. Jeff Phillips, company secretary, signed the notice on 17 October 2025.
