Alcidion reports record FY25, strong growth with $39m NHS contract

Alcidion Group Limited reported a record FY25, with total revenue of $40.8 million, up 10% year-on-year, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $28.5 million, marking a 31% increase. Underlying EBITDA reached $5.1 million, a significant improvement from the prior year's $3.4 million loss, while operating cash flow was positive $5.8 million, up $12.9 million. The company secured $73.8 million in new and renewal contract value, including a landmark 10-year, $39 million Electronic Patient Record contract with North Cumbria NHS Trust.

As of June 30, 2025, Alcidion has $34 million in contracted revenue for FY26. Its growth strategy includes organic expansion in established markets, product evolution with AI capabilities, and targeting new territories such as Canada and the Middle East, along with adjacencies like aged care. Shareholder resolutions at the Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of the Remuneration Report and the election of Andrew Way as a director, both passed with significant majorities. The resolution for a 10% Placement Facility was withdrawn.

Alcidion's Miya Precision platform now serves over 400 hospitals and 87 healthcare organizations globally, expanding its commitment to improving patient care efficiency and quality across key markets in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
