The total number of votes held by WAM Group in Energy One Limited has decreased from 2,853,623 to 2,530,372 ordinary shares. Key transactions included on-market purchases and sales, with significant sales occurring on September 18 and 23, and October 13 and 14, 2025. For example, on September 23, WAM Capital Limited sold 2,217,281.44 ordinary shares, and WAM Microcap Limited sold 2,025,951.66 ordinary shares.

Following these changes, the present relevant interests of WAM Group in Energy One Limited include 1,402,885 ordinary shares held by WAM Capital Limited and 504,046 ordinary shares held by WAM Microcap Limited, among others. The notification was dated October 15, 2025.
