Perpetual ceases substantial holding in Viva Energy Group

Perpetual Limited and its related bodies corporate ceased to be a substantial holder in Viva Energy Group Limited on October 13, 2025. The last notice of substantial holding was given on March 28, 2025.

The cessation follows a series of transactions by Perpetual entities. Perpetual Investment Management Limited (PIML) and Pendal Institutional Limited (PIL) engaged in numerous purchases and sales of Viva Energy Group shares between March 31, 2025, and October 13, 2025. Significant transactions included a sale of 2,766,853 ordinary shares by PIL on September 25, 2025, for AUD 5,146,346.58, and a sale of 1,899,486 ordinary shares for AUD 3,533,043.96 on the same date.

Key purchases were also noted, such as PFSL acquiring 754,969 ordinary shares for AUD 1,443,878.21 on September 15, 2025, and PIL purchasing 1,208,776 ordinary shares for AUD 2,342,849.64 on May 21, 2025. These transactions led to Perpetual's exit as a substantial holder.
