Aurumin dispatches scheme booklet for Brightstar acquisition

Aurumin Limited confirmed the dispatch of its Scheme Booklet on October 15, 2025. This follows orders from the Supreme Court of Western Australia and registration with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The booklet provides information on the proposed Share Scheme and Option Scheme, under which Brightstar Resources Limited aims to acquire all Aurumin shares and options.

Shareholders and optionholders have received the Scheme Booklet, personalised Proxy Forms, and Opt-in Notices. The Scheme Booklet, including the Independent Expert's Report, is also accessible online at www.aurumin.com.au.

Scheme Meetings are scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2025, at The Celtic Club in West Perth. The Share Scheme Meeting will commence at 2:00 PM (AWST), followed by the Option Scheme Meeting at 2:30 PM (AWST) or upon conclusion of the Share Scheme Meeting. Proxy appointments must be received by 2:00 PM (AWST) on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, for the Share Scheme and 2:30 PM (AWST) for the Option Scheme.
