Alliance Aviation Services Limited has announced the immediate appointment of Simon Lange as a non-executive director, bringing 30 years of aviation and capital markets experience to the board. His election will be put to shareholders at the annual general meeting on November 27, 2025. This move aligns with the board's renewal process, aiming to enhance current operations and explore new growth opportunities.

Concurrently, Perennial Value Management Limited (PVM), a substantial holder in Alliance Aviation Services, reported changes in its relevant interests. PVM’s voting power increased from 5.52% with 8,872,601 votes to 6.70% with 10,790,673 votes as of October 14, 2025. This change involved a series of buy and sell transactions on the market.

Alliance Aviation, a leading Australasian aviation services provider, maintains a fleet of 36 Fokker 70/100 and 43 Embraer E190 aircraft, with firm purchase commitments for an additional 10 E190s by mid-2026. The company also dry leases five E190 aircraft for five more years.
