Alkane updates gold and antimony resources, reserves across operations

Alkane Resources Limited's updated group mineral resources now total 850,009 kt, containing 12,143 koz of gold and 39.4 kt of antimony, with an additional 1.46 Mt of copper. Group ore reserves stand at 23,947 kt, with 1,313 koz of gold and 10.7 kt of antimony. These estimates, effective June 30, 2025, reflect the company’s strong operational and growth outlook, as noted by managing director Nic Earner.

The Tomingley gold operations in NSW show mineral resources of 20,254 kt grading 2.25 g/t Au (1,467,000 oz) and ore reserves of 10,362 kt grading 1.9 g/t Au (621,000 oz). The Boda-Kaiser project maintains unchanged indicated and inferred resources of 796 Mt grading 0.33 g/t Au and 0.18% Cu (8.3 Moz Au; 1.3 Mt Cu), equivalent to 14.7 Moz AuEq. The Costerfield property in Victoria reports total mineral resources of 1,700 kt grading 7.9 g/t Au and 2.3% Sb (431,000 oz Au and 39.4 kt Sb), with ore reserves of 537.1 kt grading 8.7 g/t Au and 2.0% Sb (149,500 oz Au and 10.7 kt Sb).

In Sweden, the Björkdal gold mine has estimated mineral resources of 32,055 kt grading 1.91 g/t Au (1,967 koz) and ore reserves of 13,048 kt grading 1.29 g/t Au (543 koz). All estimates were prepared in accordance with the JORC Code 2012 and account for mining depletion through June 30, 2025.
