Perpetual limited boosts stake in FleetPartners group

Perpetual Limited and its related bodies corporate reported a change in their substantial holding in FleetPartners Group Limited, increasing their voting power from 5.019% to 6.073%. This change was effected on October 10, 2025, with the previous notice given on March 4, 2025.

The total number of votes held by Perpetual Limited in FleetPartners Group Limited rose from 11,683,202 to 13,126,045 ordinary shares. The transactions detailed in Annexure A show a series of purchases and sales by various Perpetual entities, including Perpetual Investment Management Limited (PIML), Pendal Institutional Limited (PIL), and Pendal Fund Services Limited (PFSL), between March 3, 2025, and October 8, 2025.

Notable purchases include a large acquisition by Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd on May 29, 2025, for AUD 1,470,696.72, securing 496,857 shares. Conversely, significant sales include a transaction on May 2, 2025, by HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited for AUD -103,019.91, disposing of 36,210 shares. This indicates an active management of their position, resulting in an overall increase in their substantial holding.
