Ampol corrects performance rights grant, reducing unquoted securities

Ampol Limited (ASX:ALD) has lodged an Appendix 3H notification to correct an earlier announcement regarding the cessation of securities. The company reported a cessation of 180 performance rights (ASX:ALDAO), effective October 14, 2025. This adjustment follows a minor clerical error in an Appendix 3G lodged on October 10, 2025, which had overstated the number of performance rights granted.

The cessation of these 180 unquoted performance rights means the entity is not paying any consideration for this adjustment. Following this correction, the total number of unquoted performance rights (ASX:ALDAO) on issue will be 2,411,230, while share rights (ASX:ALDAA) remain at 12,779. The total number of quoted ordinary fully paid shares (ASX:ALD) remains unchanged at 238,302,099.

Ampol stated that additional measures have been implemented to ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules. This notification provides an accurate overview of the company's issued capital following the rectification of the initial error.
