State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries ceased to be a substantial holder in Temple & Webster Group Ltd (ACN 608 595 660) on October 9, 2025. This follows previous notices given on October 8, 2025, and October 6, 2025.

The changes in relevant interests primarily involved collateral received and transfers, with various transactions occurring on October 7, 8, and 9, 2025. On October 7, 2025, State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited, executed a "Transfer out" of -4,440 ordinary shares with a consideration of 22.57. Similarly, SSGA Funds Management, Inc. conducted a "Transfer out" of -31 ordinary shares for 22.57. On October 8, 2025, State Street Global Advisors Trust Company recorded a "Transfer in" of 329 ordinary shares for 22.51. Numerous collateral received transactions, both positive and negative, were executed by State Street Bank and Trust Company across these dates.
