Spheria Emerging Companies appoints new company secretary

Spheria Emerging Companies Limited (ASX: SEC) has appointed Terence Kwong as its new company secretary, effective October 13, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Calvin Kwok, for which the board extended its gratitude for his service and contributions.

Mr. Kwong brings extensive experience to the position, currently serving as chief legal, risk and compliance officer at Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited (Pinnacle), a role he commenced in 2017. Before joining Pinnacle, he practiced as a solicitor at Clayton Utz and Clifford Chance LLP in Sydney and London, specializing in financial services, funds management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

Terence Kwong holds a bachelor of laws (Hons I) and a bachelor of science from the University of Sydney. In line with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, he will also be the designated contact person for all ASX Listing Rules matters on behalf of Spheria Emerging Companies Limited.
