Pinnacle appoints Terence Kwong as new company secretary

Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited (ASX: PNI) announced the resignation of Mr. Calvin Kwok as company secretary, effective October 13, 2025. The board thanked Mr. Kwok for his service and contributions to the company.

Effective immediately, Mr. Terence Kwong has been appointed as the new company secretary. Mr. Kwong joined Pinnacle in 2017, bringing extensive experience as a solicitor from Clayton Utz and Clifford Chance LLP in Sydney and London, where he specialized in financial services, funds management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He holds a bachelor of laws (Hons I) and a bachelor of science from the University of Sydney.

In his new role, Mr. Kwong will be responsible for communication with the ASX regarding ASX listing rules matters, in accordance with ASX listing rule 12.6.
