Ventia secures A$935m Australian Defence Force clothing services contract

Ventia Services Group Ltd has secured a new contract, commencing May 2026, to provide clothing services and support for the Australian Defence Force. The contract is valued at approximately A$935 million, with an initial term of seven years and options to extend for a further 13 years. This agreement aims to deliver more efficient, effective, and contemporary clothing experiences for Defence personnel.

Ventia will partner with experienced Australian organisations for clothing design, supply, warehousing, distribution, and store services, acting as the sole industry partner accountable to Defence. The existing National Clothing Stores Services contract has been extended to ensure a seamless transition to the new contract.

Dean Banks, Ventia's managing director and group CEO, highlighted the company's 36-year history supporting the Australian Defence Force and stated that the new contract is a strong endorsement of its growing presence and capability in the Australian Defence market.
