Siteminder: First Sentier trims stake, KMP granted performance rights

First Sentier Group Limited and its related bodies corporate have reported a change in their substantial holding in Siteminder Limited. Their voting power decreased from 6.97% (19,583,562 fully paid ordinary shares) to 5.72% (16,106,849 fully paid ordinary shares) as of October 8, 2025. This change follows various acquisition and disposal activities in Siteminder Limited shares by entities including First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd and First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd, spanning from May 27, 2025, to October 8, 2025.

In a separate announcement, Siteminder Limited also disclosed the issuance of 10,492 performance rights (SDRAO) on October 5, 2025, to Tim Howard, a key management person. These securities, issued under an employee incentive scheme, are subject to a transfer restriction and are not quoted on ASX until the restriction ends. The issuance was made without security holder approval, utilizing the entity's 15% placement capacity.

Following these events, Siteminder Limited's total ordinary fully paid shares on issue remain at 281,396,281. The total unquoted performance rights (SDRAO) have increased to 5,168,524. Other unquoted options remain unchanged.
