Medical Developments International shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

Medical Developments International Limited (MDI) announced the results of its 2025 Annual General Meeting, held on October 10, 2025, confirming all resolutions were carried by way of poll. The adoption of the remuneration report received 98.61% of votes for, with 33,301,208 votes.

Key re-election resolutions for directors Leon Hoare and Christine Emmanuel-Donnelly also passed with strong support. Mr. Hoare's re-election garnered 98.69% for votes, totalling 41,614,717, while Ms. Emmanuel-Donnelly's re-election received 93.95% for votes, amounting to 39,607,278.

Additionally, the elections of Mark Fladrich and Paul Townsend as directors were successful. Mr. Fladrich's election was approved with 99.40% for votes (41,969,428), and Mr. Townsend's election received 99.49% for votes (41,976,377), indicating broad shareholder confidence in the company's board appointments.
