Antam details Q3 2025 exploration across key minerals

PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) announced its exploration report for the period ending September 30, 2025, with total unaudited preliminary exploration cost amounting to Rp176.95 billion. Activities concentrated on gold, nickel, and bauxite.

Gold exploration focused on Pongkor, West Java, involving in-mine (underground) and deep (surface) drilling. Nickel exploration efforts were active in North Konawe and Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, and also extended to the Mining Business License of Antam's subsidiary, PT Sumberdaya Arindo, in Buli, North Maluku. Activities included geological mapping, core sampling, and various measurements.

Bauxite exploration until September 30, 2025, was conducted in Tayan, Landak, and Mempawah - Toho, West Kalimantan. These activities encompassed test pit excavation, benchmark installation, grid measurements, and land identification. Antam’s Geomin Unit integrates various survey and analysis techniques to support its strategic mineral resource and reserve potential.
