State Street ceases to be substantial holder in Perenti

State Street Corporation, along with its subsidiaries, including State Street Bank and Trust Company and State Street Global Advisors entities, has ceased to be a substantial holder in Perenti Limited. The notice was given to Perenti Limited on October 7, 2025.

Changes in relevant interests primarily involved "collateral received" and "transfer in/out" transactions by State Street Bank and Trust Company and State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited. On October 6, 2025, State Street Bank and Trust Company recorded numerous "collateral received" transactions ranging from -3,399,600 to 901,430 ordinary shares. On October 7, 2025, it reported "collateral received" changes from -628,035 to 215,561 ordinary shares.

The cessation also involved a transfer in of 13,267 ordinary shares to State Street Global Advisors Trust Company on October 6, 2025, and a transfer out of -42,420 ordinary shares by State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited on October 7, 2025. State Street Bank and Trust Company confirmed that as a lender in securities lending agreements, it acquires relevant interests subject to an obligation to return the securities.
