Key investors increase stake in 360 Capital Group

Tony Pitt and Teresa Gallagher, through entities including TT Investments Pty Limited, Pentagon Capital Pty Limited, and Pentagon Financial Services Pty Limited, have increased their substantial holding in 360 Capital Group. As of October 9, 2025, their combined voting power now stands at 66.78%, up from 65.54%. This reflects an increase in total votes to 131,465,409 from 129,030,281, based on 196,870,874 securities.

The acquisition of additional interests occurred through a series of on-market trades and acceptances of off-market takeover bids. Between October 6 and October 9, 2025, TT Investments Pty Limited acquired 1,302,150 ordinary units at $0.3100 per unit through on-market trades. Additionally, the entities acquired a significant number of relevant interests through acceptances of the off-market takeover bid, with the offer consideration as set out in the Bidder's Statement. This included 315,371 units on October 3, 2025, 18,018 units on October 6, 2025, 185,747 units on October 7, 2025, and 613,842 units on October 8, 2025.

Tony Pitt is a director for the primary entities involved in the holding, and also serves as executive chairman of 360 Capital FM Limited. The addresses for all named persons and entities are consistent at Level 37, 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney 2000.
